FAITH Colleges’ First Grand Alumni Homecoming

FAITH Colleges celebrated the very first virtual Grand Alumni Homecoming last 30 December 2021. The event was streamed LIVE via ZOOM and was hosted by Mr. Nathaniel Magpantay from BA Communication of Batch 2016. The Alumni Homecoming  featured batches 2005 and 2006 as they celebrate their 10th and 11th year since graduating from FAITH; 10th year for Batch 2011, and 5th year for Batch 2016. 

The program formally started with a welcome message by the President, Dr. Brian L. Belen, followed by the inspirational messages from the Chairman, Mr. Saturnino G. Belen and Ms. Marie Jhunne Anne Vergara, Chair of FAITH Alumni Board Committee.

Chairman Belen also led the Oath Taking Ceremony of the incoming FAITH Alumni Board, namely;

During the event, FAITH Colleges recognized the outgoing board members for their continued embodiment of the school’s core values and service to the institution.

Select alumni from the featured batches shared stories and testimonials about their student life, struggles, accomplishments, and how FAITH helped them prepare for life after college. Moreover, the alumni organization not only help connect graduates with the institution but also aims to help future students of FAITH Colleges.

To spark excitement and hype during the celebration, The FAITH Dance Company (FADC) grooved to the current hits while The FAITH Instrumentalists (TFI) serenaded the alumni with their fresh vocals.

Raffle and bingo prizes sponsored by Atty. Raegan Capuno and Ms. Marie Jhunne Anne Vergara were given away. Lucky winners took home cash prizes of up to 5,000 pesos. Other prizes included JBL Portable Speakers, Overnight Staycation Packages at Limapark Hotel, Day Pass Vouchers to Batangas Lakelands and a 40-inch TCL Android Smart TV S6800 Series as Grand Prize.

The featured batches also had their break-out sessions consisting of (FAITH Catholic School, School of Management, School of Humanities, and School of Technology). Pre-recorded video messages were given by their respective Department Heads, Teachers, Professors and select alumni from each school.

Scholarship Program As a continued thrust of the institution to help students’ access quality education, Senior Vice President for Student Alumni Services, Dr. Renelyn B. Salcedo presented the scholarship offerings of the school.
